Ordering & Delivery
What delivery options do you offer?
- Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £100 (Usually Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 days from dispatch)
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 under £100 (Usually Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 days from dispatch)
- Local Express Delivery: £10 for same-day delivery in Woodhall Spa and surrounding areas (call to arrange; not available Sundays)
Delivery includes Jersey & Channel Islands. VAT is deducted if "Jersey" is selected at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.
- No dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
- During busy times (e.g. Sale), dispatch may take longer - we'll contact you if so.
Can I track my order?
Yes - tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Click & Collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Orders are usually ready within 1-3 days. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to collect.
Bring your order confirmation and photo ID or payment card. Someone else can collect on your behalf if they bring your confirmation and their own ID. All collections must be signed for.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return by emailing:

Returned items must be:
- Unworn, in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
Send returns (at your own cost and risk) to: Flemings, Woodhall Spa, 1 Tattershall Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6QJ
Please use a recorded/tracked delivery service. Allow up to 10 working days for items to reach us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (usually within 5 working days; allow up to 30).
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes - for hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Socks, pants, or face masks
- Swimwear (if the hygiene sticker is removed)
- Shoes must be tried on carpet only
Can I return an online order to the store?
Yes, but refunds are processed by the website team only. You'll receive a proof of return from the store.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. For exchanges, email us to check availability.
We'll refund the original order, and you can place a new one for the replacement item.
Returns (In-Store Purchases)
Can I return something I bought in-store?
Yes -- In-store purchases can be returned within 7 days for an exchange.
- Sale items: Exchange or credit note only, no refunds
- Christmas purchases (from 1 Dec): Can be returned until 5 Jan for exchange or credit note
Christmas Returns
Do you offer extended returns during the holidays?
Yes -- items purchased between 1-25 December 2025 can be returned up to 5 January 2026. After that, the standard 7-day return period applies.
Faulty Items
What if my item is faulty?
Items are considered faulty if:
- They arrive damaged
- A manufacturing fault appears within 6 months of purchase
Wear and tear is not considered a fault. Wherever possible, we will repair faulty items.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
For online orders:
