Delivery Options

Free Standard UK Delivery (Usually Royal Mail Tracked 48)

  • Free for orders over £100.
  • Delivery in 2-3 days from dispatch.
  • Includes Jersey & Channel Islands (select Jersey at checkout for VAT deduction).

Standard UK Delivery (Usually Royal Mail Tracked 48)

  • Cost: £4.95.
  • Delivery in 2-3 days from dispatch.
  • Includes Jersey & Channel Islands (VAT deducted if Jersey is selected).

Local Express Delivery - £10

  • Same-day delivery if you live in Woodhall Spa or close by.
  • Must call the store to arrange (subject to stock/location).
  • Not available on Sundays.

Click & Collect

  • Ready in 1-3 days during store hours.
  • Wait for dispatch confirmation email before collection.
  • Bring order confirmation + photo ID/payment card.
  • Someone else can collect with confirmation + photo ID.
  • All collections must be signed for.

Dispatch Information

  • Orders placed before midday: usually dispatched same day.
  • Orders placed after midday: dispatched next working day.
  • No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
  • During busy times (e.g. Sales), dispatch may take longer (over 3 working days ➔ you'll be notified).

  • Track your order online using the tracking number in your dispatch email.

Online Returns

  • 14 days from receipt or order to notify return (email: flemingswoodhallspa@gmail.com).
  • Complete the returns form (order number, name, reason).
  • Return address: Flemings Woodhall Spa, 1 Tattershall Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6QJ
  • Use recorded delivery service (returns at your own risk and cost).
  • Allow up to 10 working days for goods to reach Flemings Woodhall Spa.
  • Refund processed back to original payment method (within 30 days, usually within 5).
  • Refund confirmation via email.

Store Returns (for online orders)

  • Items can also be returned to a store.
  • Proof or return given in-store, but refund is processed separately by the website team.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, with packaging & labels intact.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Beauty items
    • Socks, pants, masks
  • Special conditions:
    • Shoes ➔ must be tried on carpet.
    • Swimwear ➔ hygiene sticker must be intact.

Christmas Returns Policy

  • Orders 1-25 Dec 2025: returnable until 5 Jan 2026.
  • Orders after 25 Dec 2025: revert to standard 14-day return period.

Exchanges (Online Orders)

  • Email flemingswoodhallspa@gmail.com for availability.
  • Refunds only via website team (not in-store).
  • Exchange process:
  1. Refund issued for original order.
  2. Place new order for replacement.

In-Store Returns (Purchases made in-store)

  • Return within 7 days for exchange or credit note.
  • Sale items: exchange only, non-refundable, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
  • Christmas period: Purchases made from 1 Dec 2025 can be returned for exchange or credit note until 5 Jan 2026.

Faulty Items

  • Considered faulty if damaged on receipt or a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months.
  • Wear & tear damage not classed as faulty.
  • Where possible, Flemings Woodhall Spa will repair faulty items.

        Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
